Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Custom or personalized items may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

• We offer standard shipping via USPS with tracking

• Shipping is free on orders over $100 (U.S. only)

• Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped

• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee

Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries. If your order is missing, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.

Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
