At Palm and Pearl Jewelry Co., we want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original, unworn condition

• All original packaging must be included

• You must contact us at palmandpearljewelryco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Please note:

• Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return

• Items returned worn, damaged, or outside the return window will not be accepted

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days with photos so we can make it right.
